Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the KBBG service (hereinafter "Service") operated by KBBG (kbeautybuyersguide.com) (hereinafter "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to the Korean beauty clinic information and AI recommendation service provided by the Company.
• "User" refers to any person who uses the Service provided by the Company under these terms.
• "Content" refers to all information posted by users within the Service, including posts, comments, and images.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

These terms take effect upon posting on the initial screen of the Service. The Company may amend these terms for reasonable reasons, and amended terms will be notified 7 days in advance.

Article 4 (Provision and Changes of Service)

The Company provides the following services:

• Korean beauty clinic information
• AI-based personalized clinic recommendations
• Community services (posts, comments)
• Other services determined by the Company

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

• Collecting or using others' personal information without authorization
• Interfering with stable operation of the Service
• Posting false information or deceiving others
• Infringing on copyrights or other intellectual property rights

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company strives for accuracy of clinic information posted on the Service but does not guarantee it. Medical procedure decisions must be made after consultation with a qualified specialist.

Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction.
